Holmes Humidifier Console for Winter Dryness

It’s that time of year again.  Holidays and family and warmth.  Gratitude and food and winter dryness.  As much as I adore the fall and winter months, I do not enjoy being shocked every time I touch metal, flyaway hair, flaky skin and a dry nose.

I prefer to take care of these cold-weather issues as naturally as possible, of course.  I carry fragrance-free dryer sheets around in my pockets for the static electricity.  I use a natural conditioner in my hair for help with the wispies.  I use my amazing essential oil and grapeseed/olive/coconut oil blends for my flaky skin.  That just leaves my pesky dry nose.

I’ve found that using humidifiers in the cold, dry months eases seasonal stuffiness.  My middle son gets nosebleeds associated with a dry nose.  We’ve found that using a humidifier really helps to prevent nosebleeds.
